2. Payments

2.1 Payment Processing All payments are processed securely through Stripe, The trusted payment gateway. By using our services, you agree to comply with Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2.2 Payment Schedule Payments are due as per the schedule mentioned in your service proposal or invoice. All payments must be made in the agreed currency via Stripe.

2.3 Subscription Services For recurring services, payments will be billed automatically on a periodic basis as per the agreed terms. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for such recurring payments.

2.4 Late Payments Payments not received by the due date may incur additional fees, including interest charges or suspension of services until payment is made.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

3.1 Refund Policy Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

• Non-delivery of agreed services
• Errors caused solely by Secure Virtual Services

All refund requests must be made within 14 days of payment.

3.2 Cancellations You may cancel ongoing services by providing written notice at least 14 days in advance. Cancellation of web development projects may be subject to a prorated fee based on work completed.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely information required for service completion.
• Respond promptly to requests for feedback or approvals.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, including tax regulations, for accounting services.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or additional charges.

5. Confidentiality

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Secure Virtual Services is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue, profits, or data

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in dispute.

All deliverables remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client, except for any third-party materials or proprietary tools used in service delivery.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if:

• There is a breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• Payment is not received within the specified timeframe

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through negotiation or mediation before seeking legal remedies. The governing law is Delhi Laws Act, 1912
